How to Participate

The Opportunity for Home Ownership of Workforce Green Homes

This program is targeted to provide city, county and governmental employees the opportunity to own a new energy efficient home or newly renovated home at 15% below appraisal value, but is available to all residents of communities .

All homes are newly renovated with Energy Efficient upgrades so the property qualifies for a special Energy Efficient Mortgage product or New Green Workforce Homes are also available through this program and you may be able to qualify for First Time Home buyer assistance through your City or County housing agency.

How does it work?

• Complete a “Green Housing Questionnaire”

• Check with your City Housing department to get pre-qualified for potential first time Homebuyer incentives. To see if your city is already participating, click for Participating Cities and Counties.

• Pick a house from our “Available Properties” list and schedule a site visit.

• Enter a sales agreement to purchase your “Green Renovated Home”.

• Move in after closing.

• Investors, Banks or other agencies can submit your property into the program.

*Most properties can be renovated or new Homes constructed, financed and moved into within 90 days.
