Energy Efficient Products, Manufacturers and Certified Installation Subcontractors Needed for National Foreclosed Housing Rehabilitation Program

 The Community Greenhouse Foundation needs vendors and subcontractors for production style renovation program targeting Foreclosed homes.
The program was designed directly to take the current housing crisis facing America as an opportunity to upgrade America’s current housing stock to be more energy efficient on a large scale. The program provides the opportunity to truly address some of the major issues currently upon us by creating “green” jobs, reducing energy consumption and providing Energy Efficient Home ownership opportunities.
A one source vehicle has been established for financial institutions, home buyers, municipalities, manufactures and subcontractors to convert major negative issues into the economic stimulus engine that the country should have been moving toward decades ago. One of the key components of the program is the ability to renovate a home to standards that qualify for an Energy Efficient Mortgage product.
Register Products and Services
Manufacturers and representatives of energy efficient products for residential use can register their products to be utilized in the renovation program online.
Subcontractors and vendors who are certified related to energy efficient installation guidelines can register as service providers as well.
